Membership Guidelines & Forms for 2012 season
This season sees some changes to the methods used to managed Bahrain RFC’s Membership in that we have attempted to streamline the number of forms involved. A common form is now used for membership applications and renewals with the separately coloured Nominees section only required by new members.
Fees remain fixed for 2011/2012 at BD170/- for a Family and BD120/- for a Single with relevent pro-rata discounts applicable to new members as we move through the Club’s defined membership year (September 1st to August 31st).

All Applicants, and in the event anything has changed all renewing members, should submit a copy of each family members CPR card (passport if not available) accompanied by 2 photos.
Sports Registrations Fees & Forms for 2012 season
We require an additional form to be completed for each participant, this collects details on medical issues / insurance & emergency contact details that our coaches & First Aid team simply need to know. It also serves as a waiver document protecting the club’s membership.
Sports Registration Fees for 2011/2012 have been modified in that a single fee is now applied to each person regardless of how many sports they participate in, these have been set at BD40/- for an Adult and BD35/- for each child. That said places in each sport (especially some of the junior ones) are limited & in great demand, for that purpose we ask that you not only register your childs interest in the sports in which they compete but also rate their interest so that we can try to get them involved in at least one of their primary sports as soon as possible. Weighting is applied based on the indicated interest and whether your child was a participant the previous season (this only applies until lists are formally closed at the end of September, at this point a first come first served policy will be applied to remaining spaces).

(Covers participation in Mini Rugby, Junior Football, Junior Netball, & Junior Cricket. Please also indicate if your child would be interested in Junior Gaelic Football, Junior Swimming or Football/Rugby Academies which are being considered later in the year)
Senior Sports Registration Form.
(Covers participation in Senior & Veteran’s Rugby, Senior Men’s & Women’s Football, Senior Netball, Gaelic Football (in conjunction with the Arabian Celts), Aussie Rules Football & Touch Rugby.)
