Mehdi Honor – Chairman
A Stallwart of the Club who has an association with Gulf Rugby going back over 30 years. A former Chairman & Leading Light at Abu Dhabi Mehdi has now put in over 10 years of Service to Bahrain RFC as the Club Captain and Vice Chairman before assuming the Chairmanship in 2010.

Hilary Rowark – General Secretary
A Netball Doyenne who has participated both on and off the field in her chosen sport for a number of years. She currently coaches at all age groups whilst fitting the management & refereeing of local competitions. A firm Rugby background via husband Jim (First XV Coach) see’s Hilary regularly at the club with a willing ear for the membership.

Sanne Smith
Sanne Smith – Membership Secretary – A Dane with a Welsh husband and a sporting son is an unusual mix to say the Least. Sanne’s efficient administration was sorely missed when she decided to give up working for the club, so much so she was cajoled in to continuing on her work on a voluntary basis. A lady who keeps us all in order.

Lucian Hunt
A recently returned Club Member, he has a unique perspective on the club both having a young family and being a junior member of the club himself many years ago. Lucian is a regular at the club and as such endeavors to assure that all is functioning smoothly within its surroundings.

Dave Edwards
Part Time Veteran Rugby Player (When his failing ankles permit) Dave has previously graced the fields at 1st XV level for both Bahrain and Kuwait. His work skills and contacts are now put to good use in the management of our Sponsors whilst keeping a weather eye on all things HR.

Andrew Wilkie – Vice Chairman
Golden Oldies Vice Captain, Mini Rugby Coach & Coordinator, Gaelic Footballer etc He rarely seems to be away from the place. A natural for the role of Club Captain as he is one of few of us who seems to understand and appreciate all of the club’s sports. Andrew also serves to back up our General Secretary & as an IT guru oversees the website.

Cesare Giovanetti
Chez is a relatively new member of the Bahrain Rugby Club who has taken up Rugby at the ripe old age of 47. All his children participate in the sports training offered by the BRC, in particular - Rugby.
Chez brings his experience in the Commercial field to the team. Whilst respecting the great traditions and history of the BRC he is keen to further develop the Club thereby ensuring we remain as the premium sports and social club on the island.

Chris Kennedy
A loyal club member for the guts of a decade, Chris was the driving force behind the growth of the club’s junior football section for most of that time. Having spent more than his fair share of time passing on his wisdom on the pitch, he has now stepped aside to offer his calming influence to the committee.
